Welcome to my website. My name is Tracy and I am a Qualified hypnotherapist, Author and Teacher based in Yorkshire.
After over 10 years practicing Hypnotherapy I now specialise in teaching others how to approach hypnotherapy scripts via online courses in metaphor and translation.
My book, "A Creative Guide to Therapeutic Metaphor: How to write inspired metaphor" can be used as a guide in storytelling, translating images into words, as well as practising metaphor, breaking each task into easy to follow steps.
